General:

Do you make your chocolates locally? 
Yes. We proudly make all our products by hand in our chocolate factory in Vaughan.

Do you wholesale your products?
Yes. Please inquire for more details.

Do you have ingredient or allergy information readily available?

How long can I keep the chocolates I order?

Is your facility nut free?             
No. Although some products do not contain actual nuts, they are not made in a nut-free facility and may have come into contact with nuts.

Where do I store my chocolates once I receive them? Please avoid extremely cold or hot storage.  
A cellar or air conditioned room is best to store your Belgian chocolate treats.  In addition, avoid placing chocolates in direct sunlight as they will melt.

Orders & Payment:

What forms of payment do you accept and do I need to leave a deposit to secure an order down the road?
We accept Visa, Mastercard or company cheque. All orders placed require a 50% deposit and the balance can be paid either prior to delivery or upon pick up.

How long before I need my order should I place it?
Depending on the event we normally ask that custom orders give 2 - 6 weeks notice. If choosing from our list of products, one week or less is sufficient. During the holiday season orders must be placed 3 weeks in advance.

Shipping/Delivery:

Do you deliver?
Yes. We have our own courier that delivers in the GTA Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays for a small fee of $16.  For other days, we use local couriers and provide pricing based on their local rates.

Can I receive my package on Saturday? 
No. Our chocolate workshop is closed on weekends however we can deliver Friday for Saturday occasions.

Do you deliver outside of the GTA? 
Absolutely!  If you are located outside the GTA, we simply need to call you with details of delivery costs.

Do you deliver in the summer?  Yes. Between the months of May & August, additional shipping charges apply due to special packaging requirements.

Do you close during the summer months?  Yes. Our production is closed the first two weeks of August every year.  All orders within that time frame must be shipped or picked up prior.
